Adam Gordon
Adam Gordon is President of Gordon’s Downsizing & Estate Services, a family business with roots dating back to 1958. His career has taken him from working as a young auctioneer to serving as an officer with the Canadian and British Forces, earning his MBA at Queen’s University, working in management consulting and strategy at KPMG, and helping scale MaxSold across North America.
Today, Adam leads Gordon’s in helping families, executors, and powers of attorney navigate downsizing and estate settlement through services including real estate, move management, appraisals, and auctioneering. His leadership approach is grounded in trust, empathy, community, and building teams capable of growing beyond the leader.
